Get verified, then get dispatched
Relay does not auto-approve carriers. A person reviews your authority, insurance and equipment before you can be assigned work. Once approved, you can post planned routes and spare capacity, receive offers from dispatch, and capture pickup and delivery proof from your phone.
What you'll need
- Organization details and operating authority information
- Insurance certificates with coverage amounts and expiry dates
- Equipment list: type, deck length, weight limits, car slots, liftgate
- Drivers with contact details and licence state
- Service area and the routes you run regularly
Payment processing is not live during the pilot. Earnings and payout status are tracked in the app, and payout requests stay disabled until a payment provider and funding are in place.
