Privacy and location consent (draft)

Location: drivers are asked for permission, and location is recorded only while they are working an assigned job. A driver can always enter a location manually instead; that entry is flagged in the audit record. Precise driver location is never shown publicly — before assignment, only an approximate service area is visible.

Evidence and documents: photos, signatures, condition reports and receipts are stored in private storage and reached through short-lived links. Originals are retained and revisions keep their history.

Access: your records are restricted to your own organization and role. Drivers see only jobs assigned to them; roadside providers see only cases dispatched to them.
